




Job Summary: A multifunctional administrative support professional, focused on inventory management, invoicing, billing, and support for logistics and technical operations. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination with various departments and support to internal teams. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields * Solid experience in administrative roles * Valid driver’s license will be considered an advantage **Responsibilities:** * Support the headquarters’ inventory department, interfacing with HR, Payroll, and After-Sales departments; * Issuance and verification of invoices; * Management and tracking of orders in the system; * Creation of service requests and registration/implementation of orders; * Execution of billing, payment, accounts payable, and financial control processes; * Review of leasing proposals and support for credit analysis/approval; * Freight management, receipt and dispatch of goods; * Inventory, machinery, and parts control, organization, and verification; * Conducting entry and exit checklists for machinery; * Technical team support and workshop organization; * Communication and alignment with the Factory; * Organization of team training sessions together with the Factory; * Sending and controlling documents to headquarters and internal departments.
