Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring raw material supply, managing purchase orders, monitoring suppliers, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives within the area. Key Highlights: 1. Raw material supply management and requisitioning 2. Order tracking and follow-up with suppliers 3. Participation in continuous improvement projects * Ensure raw material supply according to the Supply Plan (current month + 4 months). * Perform purchase requisitions and manage purchase orders in SAP. * Monitor order portfolio and conduct follow-up with suppliers (quantity and delivery schedule). * Coordinate with Procurement and PCP departments to align requirements. * Schedule raw material receipts with plants (Reception and Warehouse). * Manage Intercompany and Intracompany transfers (STO creation and shipments in SAP). * Plan and schedule transportation via Freight Center. * Control extraordinary entries through memorandum issuance for approval. * Participate in continuous improvement projects and support development of departmental workflows and procedures.
