We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities include analyzing, controlling, verifying, and monitoring activities inherent to the company’s accounting department. If you identify with this position and wish to join a motivated and continuously evolving team, apply now! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare accounting reports — daily ledgers and trial balances; * Prepare reconciliations and supporting reports for financial statement line items on a monthly basis; * Perform accounting entries for modules integrated with the general ledger (payroll, finance, tax, etc.); * Record journal entries; * Support tax bookkeeping activities; * Identify, classify, and archive documents and records relevant to the department; * Conduct and monitor fixed asset accounting and related updates; * Dispose of documents and records relevant to the department in accordance with legal retention periods; * Follow instructions from immediate supervisors, as well as company regulations, work procedures, and safety guidelines, to maintain appropriate conduct in social interactions within the organization and in performing job duties. * Verify invoices related to fixed assets, perform accounting classification, and authorize posting to the ledger; * Register and track fixed assets and maintain related documentation; * Enter and manage fixed asset information in the fixed asset module of the ERP system; * Calculate monthly tax/IFRS depreciation using the system’s fixed asset module; * Verify and ensure consistency between ledger account balances and depreciation expenses posted to cost centers; * Be responsible for generating the monthly production cost and inventory closing in the system, including analysis and verification of transactions; * Verify pending invoices held in inventory; * Analyze inventory items with quantity or value discrepancies; * Analyze items with negative balances; * Complete (for valuation purposes) and analyze production orders with status “Completed” but lacking final operation reporting (manual completion performed by PCPM); * Verify cost allocations to cost centers (Expenses vs. Costs); * Analyze amounts to be absorbed for production order valuation; * Reconcile accounting balances with inventory module balances. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required qualifications:** * Bachelor’s or Technical degree in Accounting, currently pursuing or completed in Accounting Sciences, with active or provisional registration at CRC (Regional Accounting Council); * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; **Preferred qualifications:** * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Basic English proficiency; **Additional Information** We offer a comprehensive benefits package including: * Health insurance plan with co-payment for consultations and exams — extended to legal dependents (spouse and children up to age 18); * Meal allowance; * On-site cafeteria at VÍNCULA; * Life insurance; * PPR agreement (Profit Sharing Program); * Workplace gymnastics; * SESI (Social Service for Industry) club membership; * Dental insurance; * Pharmacy card; * Partnerships with educational institutions; * Birthday day off; * “Mais Cuidado” Plan (Physical and Mental Health); Join Víncula, a Brazilian multinational leader in the medical devices market!
