**Responsibilities:** * Plan, deliver, and monitor Compliance, Code of Conduct, internal policies, and LGPD training; * Implement, update, and track the annual mandatory training schedule, with control of Compliance evidence; * Review, update, and manage internal policies, regulations, and procedures; * Conduct preliminary analysis and due diligence of suppliers regarding Compliance requirements; * Serve as the responsible party for Privacy and Data Protection (LGPD) matters, supporting internal departments, clarifying data subjects’ questions, and delivering training; * Manage the Ethics Channel, including receipt, handling, investigation, and referral of reports, ensuring confidentiality, independence, and non-retaliation; * Monitor and analyze legislative and regulatory updates, as well as ANPD activities; * Prepare Compliance reports, including critical analyses and improvement proposals; * Identify, assess, record, and monitor Compliance risks; * Participate in, lead, and provide secretarial support to risk management committees and meetings; * Analyze and draft contracts, documents, guidelines, and opinions related to Compliance, Privacy, and Corporate Governance. **Technical and Behavioral Competencies:** * Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related fields; * Specialization in Compliance and LGPD; * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Strong communication, writing, and text interpretation skills. Work location: Porto Alegre city center, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:18 p.m., Monday through Friday, with one remote work day per week after the first 90 days of employment.
