




**Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and fleet; * Supervise the maintenance technician team, ensuring service execution in accordance with established quality and safety standards. * Monitor traffic system performance and identify opportunities for improvement. * Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and suggest process improvements. * Procure parts, tools, and equipment required for maintenance in support of the company’s headquarters. * Serve as the point of contact for traffic operations and engineering teams, ensuring integration and problem resolution. **Requirements:** * Technical or higher education degree in Maintenance, Logistics, or related fields. * Proven experience in the role is desirable; * Knowledge of electronics, electricity, mechanics, and traffic control systems. * Leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. * Ability to effectively solve problems and make sound decisions. * Familiarity with standards, regulations, and legislation applicable to traffic infrastructure maintenance. * Availability to work on-call shifts when necessary.
