The company employs over four thousand direct employees and benefits approximately twelve thousand people indirectly, consistently encouraging them to develop their creative and innovative potential through recognition and appreciation programs. This is because we believe innovations generated throughout the innovation process deliver benefits, quality, and safety. Thus, we can offer a better path for our employees, our customers, and the communities where we operate.
Caring for our teams is our responsibility—and we do so with great care. And producing more than just food—generating sustainability—is our purpose. To achieve this, we work diligently to protect native forests and permanent preservation areas. We also invest in sustainable practices across farming, industry, livestock, and administrative operations.
This is who we are: caring for people and for the land that provides us with the resources necessary to produce sustainably—and thereby ensuring food on people's tables every day.
