What You’ll Do Day-to-Day: * Operational Execution (End-to-End): Manage the entire import cycle—from post-negotiation contact with supplier and management to verify product availability, container/ship scheduling, through final customs clearance; * International Logistics (360° Transportation): Coordinate and manage maritime, air, and/or land transportation from origin to destination—including freight forwarder performance management and schedule monitoring; * Compliance and Documentation: Prepare, review, and verify all documentation required for importation, including the Import Declaration (DI) and Import License (LI), commercial invoices, and packing lists; * Regulatory Oversight and Risk Management: Ensure operations comply with customs, tax, and foreign trade regulations—monitoring international legislation and regulatory updates (Siscomex, Brazilian Federal Revenue, ANVISA, INMETRO, etc.) and proposing risk-mitigation solutions (tariff-related issues, delays, legal requirements); * Financial Coordination and Internal Alignment: Align with Finance on payment flow and terms.
