Main Responsibilities and Duties: * Lead and directly supervise field teams (heavy equipment operators, drivers and assistants). * Assign tasks and guide team members on work methods and daily goals. * Monitor attendance and working hours. * Interpret and apply topographic surveys, geometry, and technical specifications for earthmoving operations. * Plan workface logistics (sequence of cutting, filling, transportation, and disposal). * Monitor service execution, ensuring compliance with grades, levels, and slopes according to project requirements. * Track physical progress schedule of the project. * Control and oversee the use and maintenance of heavy equipment. * Prepare material and service requisitions. * Ensure quality of executed services (proper soil compaction). * Supervise compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs) and correct use of PPE. * Conduct DDS (Daily Safety Dialogue). * Prepare daily production reports (RDO - Daily Work Report). * Monitor service measurements. * Communicate with Engineering regarding project progress and issues.
