Act in accordance with the organization's values. **Responsibilities and duties** Daily routines In the booth * Report for your work shift, confirm the schedule and proceed to your workstation with the cash assigned for change; * Charge toll fees according to vehicle category, receive and verify amounts, toll vouchers, provide change (requesting exchanged amounts from the user) and issue toll receipts; * Carefully observe the authenticity of banknotes when receiving toll payments. * Inform the supervisor of any incidents related to classification errors, suspended axles, abandoned change, evasion, equipment malfunctions, among others, aiming to adopt defined procedures for each case. On track support * Check vehicles stopped on automatic lanes, providing proper direction and initial handling in the violation passage system; * Check vehicles stopped in the toll plaza area and provide appropriate guidance; * Assist other agents with change requests, opening and closing lanes; * Direct vehicle traffic according to flow. Customer service procedures In the booth * Serve users and other colleagues with education, courtesy, and promptness; * Provide information and deliver promotional or institutional materials to users.
