Main Responsibilities * Operate and monitor systems at the **Operational Control Center (CCO)**. * Monitor and oversee activities of **field traffic operation teams**. * Provide information and support to **technical supervisors of DER/SP**. * Know and monitor the **road network under DER/SP jurisdiction**. * Guide field operational teams regarding incidents recorded on highways. * Contact, when necessary and under DER/SP supervision, **internal and external departments** involved in operations. * Record and track operational incidents related to traffic. * Assist in preparing **technical and administrative reports** related to operations. * Contribute to organizing CCO operational information and records. **Qualifications** Requirements Academic Qualifications * **Completed High School** (minimum). * Technical or higher education will be considered an advantage. Experience * Minimum of **6 months of operational or administrative experience**, preferably related to **highway operations, monitoring, or operational control**. Desirable Knowledge * Familiarity with **highway operations and traffic management**. * Basic knowledge of **operational monitoring and communication systems**. * Basic Office suite (Word and Excel). * Knowledge of the **regional road network** will be an advantage.
