Responsibilities and Duties * Provide customer service, delivering information regarding registration, debts, grain balances, services, and Coopermota products. * Record sales and process payments accurately and efficiently. * Perform cash handling operations (opening, closing, and reconciliation). * Maintain cash control, ensuring the accuracy of received and recorded amounts. * Assist in the collection process for overdue accounts. * Be responsible for organizing and cleaning the workplace. * Prepare and submit daily sales and cash movement reports. * Assist in resolving customer issues and clarifying inquiries. * Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and improve store performance.
