




*(Note: This is a* ***talent pool position,*** *aimed at having qualified candidates already registered, anticipating a possible expansion in the department).* The Senior Support Analyst is responsible for providing specialized technical support to users of OuroFarma, FrontFarma, OuroFórmulas, WebConvênio, VSMIntegrador, and other company systems, ensuring efficiency and quality in the support provided. The role involves handling high-complexity requests, analyzing and fixing issues, implementing second-level solutions, monitoring tickets in the CRM system, and providing technical guidance to the support team. Solid knowledge in **tax and fiscal areas** is essential, including resolving tax-related inquiries and generating periodic fiscal reports, ensuring data compliance for clients. The professional will also be responsible for submitting change and improvement requests to the Development team, as well as supporting mid-level and N2 analysts during support activities. Previous experience as a Senior Support Analyst (or at least 6 months as a mid-level analyst) is required, along with completion of 32 hours of on-site training. Advanced knowledge of **Microsoft Office Suite, MySQL/SQL, Linux, Windows Server, and Networking (addressing, routing, and port forwarding)** is mandatory. A degree in **Accounting Sciences** will be considered a plus.
