




**Job Summary:** We are looking for an organized, proactive professional with attention to detail to work as an **E-commerce Assistant**. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the entire online store operation — from order processing to after-sales service — ensuring a positive customer experience and smooth system and inventory management. **Responsibilities:** * Receive, verify, and process customer orders in the system (ERP). * Monitor and update **inventory** (incoming, outgoing, and returns). * Manage and update **product listings** (descriptions, photos, prices, and categories). * Track listing performance and suggest improvements. * Provide **customer support and user assistance** (inquiries, exchanges, and returns). * Support **after-sales management**, including feedback collection and issue resolution. * Assist in the **integration of marketplaces and platforms** (Mercado Livre). **Requirements:** * High school diploma (pursuing higher education is a plus). * Basic knowledge of spreadsheets and online systems. * Good writing and communication skills. * Organized, agile, and detail-oriented. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with marketplaces (Mercado Livre, Amazon, Shopee, Magalu). * Knowledge of SEO and creating attractive listings. * Experience with e-commerce platforms or ERP systems (e.g., Bling, Tiny, Linx, Nuvemshop, etc.). * Familiarity with support tools (e.g., WhatsApp Business, RD Station, email). **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, business hours (on-site) **Benefits:** * Meal allowance. * Collaborative environment and growth opportunities in the digital field.
