Ensure sanitation and hygiene of utensils and equipment according to standardized operational procedures. Prepare consumption orders per standard, and register or charge them via the system according to current menu prices. Submit requisitions for products required for operations and restock existing inventory. Perform tasks in accordance with sanitary surveillance regulations and Company standards.
