We are looking for a **Senior Welder** to join the **Maintenance** team at the Tarumã Unit, located in Tarumã\-SP. **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY\-TO\-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:** * Perform welding services for fabrication or repair of piping, structural assemblies, metal sheets, windows, columns, air\-conditioning supports, and others, using electric or oxy\-acetylene welding; * Prepare welding equipment by adjusting amperage, voltage, tension, gas pressure, and torch tip size according to the type of weld required, as well as the type, thickness, quality, and strength of the base material; * Remove excess material from welded parts using wire brushes, grinders, or sanders to achieve final finishing; * Ensure proper use and maintenance of general welding equipment, storing them in appropriate locations; * Comply with safety regulations and follow specific operational procedures for various welding processes. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed Elementary Education; * Welding course will be a differentiator; * Knowledge and experience in MIG, TIG, and Shielded Metal Arc Welding; * Discipline regarding safety; * Availability to work on a 5\-days\-on, 1\-day\-off shift schedule. **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes 3 main stages (there may be additional ones, which you'll learn about if you progress): * Registration \- completion of this form and additional data if necessary. * HR Interview \- a conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical conversation to further discuss day\-to\-day activities and challenges.
