We are looking for a **Power Generation Operator** to join our **Bioenergy** team at the Tarumã Unit—SP. **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY WILL BE LIKE:** * Ensure the operation of power generation systems through the operation of turbo generators and all their associated peripherals; * Ensure and carry out all operational routines, inspections, and checklists for critical equipment in the Power Generation area; * Contribute to and ensure the proper functioning and operation of the entire high-voltage electrical power generation and distribution system, guaranteeing inspection routines, evaluation of operational conditions, and continuously contributing to equipment maintainability; * Perform interventions and support maneuvers in steam, power, and compressed air systems; * Be a guardian of good HSSE practices and ensure organization and cleanliness (5S) in the sector, contributing to the safe operation of the area and its components, as well as compliance with operational plans; * Monitor and support maintenance activities in the sector, report abnormalities and inadequate operating conditions, and systematically supervise equipment, processes, and technical and operational procedures to keep the entire system in optimal condition; * Monitor and support the Operations Manager in operational demands related to the entire power and steam generation system; * Be capable of performing maintenance and other interventions on the power generation system and its peripherals, leading repair and maintenance teams, especially during the off-harvest season. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed High School education; * Preferred: Completed or ongoing Technical Education (Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Instrumentation); * Basic computer knowledge; * Basic knowledge in Electrical systems; * Preferred: Technical knowledge in Steam Turbines and Generators; * Aptitude for performing activities related to NR10 and SEP, NR13, NR33, and NR35; * Availability to work rotating shifts—5 days on, 1 day off; * Must reside in Assis/SP, Cândido Mota/SP, or Tarumã/SP; **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes 3 main stages (there may be additional ones, and you will be informed if you progress): * Registration—completion of this form and additional data if necessary. * HR Interview—a conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview—a more technical conversation to learn more about daily responsibilities and challenges.
