We are looking for an **Extraction Operator I** to work in the **Extraction/Milling** area at **Bioparque Tarumã**, located in Tarumã/SP. **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAILY WORK WILL BE LIKE:** * Perform inspections/check\-lists of milling assets (sugarcane reception, preparation, and grinding); * Rotate (when necessary \- vacation, day off, absences) into Assistant and Operator II (Pl) roles; * Assist in cleaning, organizing, painting tasks, and occasionally in assembling/disassembling milling components; * Support specific maintenance teams according to the Off\-Season schedule (disassembly/maintenance/reassembly of metal conveyors, fabric belts, sugarcane preparation, tandem mills). **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Elementary School \- Completed; * Commitment to safety; * Experience in the area will be considered a differentiator; * Availability to work 5x1 shift schedules; * Reside in the cities of Assis/SP, Cândido Mota/SP, or Tarumã/SP. **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes 3 main stages (there may be additional ones, and you will be informed if you advance): * Registration \- completion of this form and additional data if required. * HR Interview \- a conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical conversation to further discuss daily activities and challenges.
