We are looking for a **Learning Assistant** to join the **People** team in the **Assis/SP** region. **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAILY WORK WILL BE LIKE:** * Ensure employee training by supporting learning experiences and providing legally required documentation; * Guarantee logistics and recordkeeping for low- and medium-complexity (high-volume) training sessions, ensuring the integrity of legal evidence; * Provide support to the regional team you belong to when needed, collaborating with other regions; * Mentorship of newly hired or transferred assistant staff. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Higher education in progress or completed (desirable); * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); * Previous experience in organizing and managing training programs (desirable); * Prior experience with Power BI will be a differentiator; * National Driver's License (CNH) with minimum category B; * Willingness to reside in Assis/SP. **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (others may apply, and you will be informed if you advance): * Registration \- completion of this form and additional data if necessary. * HR Interview \- a conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical conversation to learn more about day-to-day activities and challenges.
