




Job Summary: An HR professional to handle onboarding, payroll processing, electronic timekeeping, and ancillary obligations, aiming to improve personnel department processes. Key Highlights: 1. Direct involvement in employee onboarding and registration processes 2. Management and verification of electronic timekeeping, medical certificates, and vacation records 3. Support in offboarding processes and ancillary obligations * Execute onboarding procedures, employee registration, and CTPS and payroll system entries. * Monitor and verify electronic timekeeping, medical certificates, leaves of absence, and vacation records. * Support offboarding processes, including document preparation and eSocial registration. * Record monthly events and assist in pre-payroll verification. * Collaborate on submission and verification of ancillary obligations (eSocial, GFIP, SEFIP, RAIS, DIRF). Requirements: * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Human Resources Management, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Labor Legislation, and Payroll Processing. * Basic knowledge of ancillary obligations and electronic timekeeping management.
