**Job Description:** We are hiring a **Operator Driver (Pneumatic Roller)** to work on asphalt paving projects. The professional will be responsible for operating the pneumatic tire roller, performing compaction and finishing tasks, as well as ensuring equipment maintenance and safety. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Plan work** and perform **basic maintenance** on the compactor roller; * **Operate the pneumatic roller** in paving, leveling, and soil and asphalt compaction operations; * **Assist in executing embankments, finishings, and repairs** on pavements; * **Transport, collect, and deliver loads**, when necessary; * Perform **inspections and minor repairs** on vehicles and equipment; * **Inspect loads**, verify documentation, and **define safe routes**; * Comply with **safety, quality, and environmental standards** throughout all activities. **Requirements:** * **National Driver's License (CNH) category B**; * **Proven experience** operating pneumatic rollers and/or heavy machinery; * **Availability for travel and accommodation**; * **Commitment, responsibility, and teamwork.** Job Type: Full-time CLT
