Job Summary: A professional to assist in the preparation, assembly, and organization of food in a hamburger restaurant, maintaining hygiene and complying with food safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in preparing and assembling hamburgers and side dishes. 2. Kitchen organization and inventory control of supplies. 3. Maintenance of hygiene and food safety. A hamburger restaurant is seeking a Kitchen Assistant in Assis (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Assist in ingredient preparation (cutting, washing, and sorting). Assemble hamburgers according to the restaurant's standards. Prepare simple side dishes (fries, accompaniments, etc.). Organize supplies to facilitate team workflow. Restock the production line during operations. Keep the kitchen clean and sanitized. Wash used utensils and equipment. Store food properly (refrigeration/freezing). Assist in inventory control of supplies. Comply with hygiene and food safety regulations. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Cook's Assistant, Kitchen Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some of the tasks in this position. High school diploma required.
