




Job Summary: Responsible for greeting customers, presenting products, organizing customer service, and ensuring a positive in-store experience. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and relationship management 2. Organization of in-store customer service flow 3. Product display and demonstration RESPONSIBILITIES: Approaches customers to introduce them to the store and our products. Provides initial customer service (reception) in-store. Interacts with customers to identify and direct their needs. Issues queue numbers for customers waiting their turn. Demonstrates products to customers while they wait. Organizes customer service according to available sales representatives Displays devices and accessories on display units and demo stations.
