Job Summary: Senior Benefits Analyst to provide high-standard service to beneficiaries, manage access tokens, schedule appointments, and clarify health plan processes. Key Highlights: 1. Serving beneficiaries and managing insurable benefits. 2. Clarifying questions regarding health plans and the accredited network. 3. Registering beneficiaries and processing beneficiary-related transactions. A benefits management company is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst in São Caetano do Sul. **Responsibilities:** Provide high-standard service to beneficiaries of SME client portfolios, clarifying questions about insurable benefits. Manage beneficiary and responsible-party login credentials for insurer portals and internal systems. Schedule appointments and provide guidance regarding use of the accredited healthcare and dental network. Clarify reimbursement processes, co-payments, waiting periods, and contractual plan rules. Perform billing activities and verify billing information related to insurable benefits. Register, update, and process beneficiary-related transactions in the company’s systems. Guide beneficiaries and HR departments regarding the accredited network, coverage, and procedures. Record all interactions—including service requests, inquiries, and follow-ups—in systems and spreadsheets to ensure complete interaction history and traceability. Position based in São Paulo / SP. Prior experience as a Compensation Analyst, Benefits Specialist, Benefits Coordinator, or Compensation Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor’s degree required.
