Job Responsibilities: Reviews, adjusts, and corrects the organization and execution of field teams’ activities together with field teams and their operational leaders; fully ensures production by the field teams under leadership, delivering billing results as planned; ensures daily monitoring of all teams, timely and effective team deployment; plans and monitors the group of teams; reports to the end customer on execution routines for works, services, activities, or targets; manages management indicators; trains teams to perform actions within the scheduled time and with quality; interacts with departments to ensure executed demands are properly closed in accounting terms to guarantee the company’s financial health.
