




Job Summary: A professional to handle payroll entry and verification, eSocial processing and ancillary obligations, and customer service. Management of monthly and annual ancillary obligations **Responsibilities:** * Entering and verifying payroll-related information; * Importing, processing, submitting, and validating data in eSocial, covering onboarding, leave, termination, advance payroll, monthly payroll, profit-sharing (PLR), domestic employees, and labor charges; * Processing, verifying, and submitting monthly ancillary obligations (FGTS, eSocial, EFD-Reinf, DCTFWeb, and Domestic DAE); * Processing, verifying, and submitting annual ancillary obligations; * Planning and monitoring deadlines according to the department’s monthly and annual schedule; * Providing customer service, including clarifying doubts and offering guidance through available communication channels. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree; * Prior experience in HR/payroll department; * Familiarity with the Único Folha system is a plus. **Benefits:** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Employment type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$2.100,00 \- R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * HR/Payroll Department (Preferred)
