In addition to ensuring that all accounting records and tax obligations are flawless, this professional acts as a strategic partner, transforming numbers into intelligible reports that assist executive management in decision-making and tax planning. **Key Responsibilities** * **Accounting Management:** Classify and record accounting documents; perform bank and asset account reconciliations. * **Tax Compliance:** Prepare and verify tax calculations (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS, IRPJ, and CSLL) and ensure timely submission of ancillary obligations (SPED, DCTF, EFD, etc.). * **Financial Statement Closing:** Prepare Balance Sheets, Income Statements (DRE), and Statements of Changes in Equity (DMPL), ensuring data accuracy. * **Audit and Control:** Support internal and external audits, ensuring processes comply with current accounting standards (IFRS/CPC). * **Cost Analysis:** Monitor cost and expense variations, suggesting improvements to optimize profitability. * **Tax Planning:** Assist in selecting the optimal taxation regime and identify lawful opportunities for tax optimization. **Technical Requirements** * **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences. * **Professional Registration:** Active registration with the **Regional Accounting Council (CRC)**. * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting or tax roles. * **Knowledge:** + Proficiency in Brazilian tax legislation and accounting standards. + Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Totvs, Oracle, or specialized software such as Domínio). + Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, complex formulas, and data analysis)
