Ensuring food quality and dish presentation Responsible for dish preparation, applying advanced culinary techniques, guiding and assisting other cooks, and serving as the technical reference for the team. 1st) Execute recipes according to menus developed by the Chef 2nd) Ensure textures, flavors, and dish presentation 3rd) Coordinate production and ensure adherence to service timing 4th) Monitor the operation of all kitchen stations 5th) Work in the show kitchen 6th) Notify the Chef in case of incidents or issues at the station 7th) Supervise cleanliness and organization of workspaces 8th) Assist in supporting and training other cooks 9th) Monitor ingredient usage to prevent waste and optimize resource utilization 10th) Carry out all processes in accordance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitary regulations **Minimum Education:** Extracurricular / Vocational Training Course
