**Distillery Operator** Join the Água Bonita Group! ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate and monitor distillation columns, condensers, heat exchangers, and other sector equipment; * Control process variables (pressure, temperature, flow rate, alcohol content, etc.); * Monitor wine (fermented must) receipt and feeding into the distillation process; * Collect samples and perform basic measurements for quality control; * Record operational data and report anomalies or process deviations; * Support preventive and corrective maintenance of distillery equipment; * Comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards (HSE); * Assist the distillery leader and supervisor in operational routines and scheduled shutdowns. ### **Requirements:** * Completed high school (technical course in Sugar and Alcohol, Chemistry, or related fields will be an advantage); * Previous experience in distillery operations at sugar and ethanol plants; * Knowledge of ethanol distillation, rectification, and dehydration processes; * Understanding of process control and industrial equipment; * Availability to work shifts (including night shifts and rotating schedules); * Commitment to operational safety and quality. ### **Job Details** #### **Location** Tarumã #### **Medical and Dental Plan** Yes #### **Profit Sharing Program** Yes #### **Free Transportation** Yes #### **Food Allowance** Yes #### **Physically Disabled Friendly** Yes
