Here, the Procurement area is a strategic gear, directly impacting business profitability and performance. **Work Model** ---------------------- On-site work at Leveros’ facility in Assis/SP. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Mission** -------------------------- Support the end-to-end product procurement cycle, ensuring agility in negotiations and accuracy in supply processes. **Your Day-to-Day Activities** -------------------------------------- * Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers, seeking optimal conditions regarding price, delivery time, and quality; * Issue and monitor purchase orders, ensuring alignment with the Distribution Center’s (DC) needs; * Support contract management and registration of new partners and suppliers; * Continuously monitor departmental data to identify market trends and opportunities; * Prepare and analyze structured reports to support leadership decision-making; * Deliver weekly reports to management, presenting negotiation status and departmental KPIs; * Maintain constant interface with Logistics and Finance teams to prevent stockouts. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need to Take on This Challenge** --------------------------------------------- * Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; * Proficiency in Excel; * Experience in administrative routines and procurement/supply chain processes; **JOIN US IN MAKING HISTORY!** ----------------------------------- At Leveros, the Procurement team is a strategic gear.
