We are looking for professionals with knowledge and experience in the field, who are proactive, organized, possess leadership skills, communicate effectively, and demonstrate agility and accuracy in delivering results. **This position is also open to persons with disabilities (PCD), in accordance with Decree No. 5.296, dated December 2, 2004.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate the department/company budget, performing control, monitoring, and variance analysis, with a focus on supporting strategic decision-making. * Execute and coordinate budgetary processes (preparation, review, and monitoring), proposing improvements to optimize the use of financial resources. * Analyze financial data and performance indicators, preparing management reports and recommendations to address organizational challenges. * Interpret and monitor financial reports, accounting statements, and economic results, ensuring compliance and managerial support. * Collaborate with internal departments in financial planning, ensuring alignment among budget, strategy, and execution. * Use ERP systems and data analysis tools to extract, consolidate, and analyze financial information. **Requirements and Qualifications** It is essential that you have and/or know: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or Economics; * Experience in budgeting, controller functions, performance reporting, and related activities. * Advanced Microsoft Office Suite; * Power BI is a plus; Analytical thinking and strategic vision for data-driven decision-making. Organization and attention to detail in budget control and monitoring. Planning and time management skills to handle multiple demands and deadlines. Proactivity in identifying improvements and optimizing financial processes. Clear and concise communication skills for presenting analyses and reports to diverse audiences. Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Strong sense of responsibility and ethics in handling financial and accounting information.
