Job Summary: Lead and train the maintenance team, ensuring the operation of the slaughter line and equipment while complying with safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on workplace safety (NR 10 and NR 35) **Job Description:** ---------------------- Lead, supervise, and train a technical maintenance team (mechanical and electrical) on a daily basis, promoting continuous team development; Ensure full operation of the slaughter line and specific equipment (e.g., JBT MAREL line), acting swiftly to prevent operational stoppages; Supervise and perform direct interventions on industrial electrical panels and mechanical structures; Strictly enforce workplace safety regulations, with emphasis on work at height (NR 35\) and electrical installations (NR 10\); Ensure organization, agility, and quality standards in responding to maintenance orders throughout the entire shift. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed undergraduate degree in Electromechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; Industrial slaughter maintenance experience and prior experience in leading or supervising maintenance teams; Valid and active certifications for NR 10 and NR 35\. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Practical experience with JBT MAREL line equipment. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- Meal allowance; On-site meals; Profit-sharing program (PLR); And much more **Work Location:** ---------------------- UFA\-ASSIS **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday, from 3:00 PM to 12:27 AM
