Job Summary: A professional to support process improvement, monitor product performance, assist developers, analyze requirements, and develop software solutions, actively participating in software/app development and maintenance. Focus on code quality, infrastructure, and best development practices. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Support improvement of development processes and enhancement of solutions through research activities, identifying and proposing new methodologies, concepts, trends, and tools for adoption within the company, aligned with established goals and objectives; * Monitor product performance in production, evaluating potential gaps and opportunities for improvement; * Assist developers in applying best practices for delivering applications in distributed environments; * Analyze requirements and develop software solutions, including database modeling, based on requests; * Actively participate in software/app development and maintenance, developing methods to automate these implementations; * Develop tests and conduct code reviews; * Provide technical support to junior professionals; * Perform application deployment/publishing in development and production environments; * Be detail-oriented, consistently prioritizing code and infrastructure quality. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Advanced knowledge of Flutter and Ionic. Proficiency in C\# is considered a plus; * Solid understanding of the business logic of applications within your scope; * Experience with TDD, Clean Code, and Design Patterns; * Experience with Mobile Stores Admin (Apple Store, Play Store, and App Center); * Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) is desirable; * Familiarity with unit and automated testing is desirable. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM. * **Work Modality:** To be determined. * **Employment Type:** CLT. * **Salary:** To be determined.
