As a Mid-level QA Analyst, your role will be to ensure that our technological solutions for Public Administration are robust, secure, and efficient. You will serve as the critical link ensuring that the transformative impact of our software reaches citizens with excellence. **Responsibilities and Duties** ### **Your Role on the Team:** You will collaborate closely with developers and analysts, actively participating in the development lifecycle to identify improvements and guarantee high-value deliveries. #### **Key Responsibilities:** * **Test Strategy:** Plan and execute functional, regression, exploratory, and user interface (UI) testing. * **API Validation:** Perform technical API testing using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or similar. * **Documentation and Evidence:** Clearly log and report bugs, and document new features to support training and support teams. * **Data and Infrastructure:** Perform database operations (PostgreSQL), including SQL queries, backups, and restores for test environment preparation. * **Continuous Improvement:** Analyze internal processes and propose new tools or methodologies to increase quality team efficiency. * **Mentoring and Support:** Assist team members and other departments by clarifying technical questions regarding product behavior. **Requirements and Qualifications** ### **What We Look for in You:** * **Experience:** Solid experience in software testing and mastery of QA processes. * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in **SQL** queries and relational databases. * **Agile Culture:** Familiarity with methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. * **Critical Thinking:** Ability to "think outside the box" to uncover error scenarios beyond the obvious. * **Soft Skills:** Impeccable organization, strong communication skills to report defects constructively, and ease in building positive relationships. ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of test automation tools. * Familiarity with ticket management tools (e.g., Jira). * Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Technology-related fields. **Additional Information** ### **Why Join IDS?** Here, you’ll have autonomy to influence the quality of our products and room to grow professionally in an environment that values innovation. **Work Location:** On-site at our headquarters in **Pato Branco/PR**. **Employment Type:** CLT. **Check out our benefits:** -------------------------- Health insurance; Education allowance; Flexible working hours; Meal voucher; Birthday day-off; And much more!
