Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support the preparation of nutritious and balanced meals, ensuring organization and cleanliness of the kitchen area. Key Highlights: 1. Restaurant experience is mandatory 2. Proficiency in food handling and agility 3. Commitment to departmental goals and tasks Kitchen Assistant **Work Schedule \- 6 hours per day, Monday to Saturday (36 hours per week)** Working hours: 9:15 AM to 3:30 PM (with a 15-minute break) Employment Type: Part-time, Permanent CLT **Compensation: R$1\.620,00 per month** Benefits: * Meals provided on-site; * Transportation allowance; * Closed on Sundays and holidays; * 13th salary; * Vacation bonus **Experience:** **in Restaurants (Mandatory)** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct daily production requirement assessment; * Sort and wash ingredients specific to each recipe; * Restock food items as needed; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area and utensils, in accordance with company standards and health inspection regulations; * Assemble product packaging; * Perform cleaning and pre-preparation of products upon chef's request. **Requirements and Qualifications** Prior experience in this role is preferred; Adherence to operational procedures required for the position; Proficiency in food handling; Agility and attentiveness to tasks related to the kitchen department; Commitment to departmental goals and responsibilities of the role; At our restaurants, we prepare the finest dishes using carefully selected ingredients for nutritious and balanced meals.
