Conduct sales of over-the-counter medications and other products as directed. Organize and restock merchandise on shelves, maintaining a well-stocked and orderly environment. Verify product expiration dates and conditions to prevent sale of expired items. Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts. Provide basic product information, respecting functional boundaries and pharmacist guidance. Assist in inventory control by recording movements. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the premises to ensure high-quality service. Refer customers to the pharmacist when necessary (e.g., technical questions or prescriptions). Comply with health regulations and pharmacy procedures to ensure safety and compliance. Previous experience as a Pharmacist Assistant, Pharmacy Assistant, Pharmacy Technician, or Medication Consultant may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this position. High school diploma required.
