Job Summary: We are seeking a PCM Analyst to plan and control industrial maintenance in a solid metallurgical industry, ensuring operational efficiency and equipment availability. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous improvement of operational efficiency We are looking for a **PCM Analyst** to work in a solid metallurgical industry, focusing on **industrial maintenance planning and control**, ensuring higher equipment availability, organized maintenance routines, and support for the factory's operational efficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Plan and schedule preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance; * Control work orders and maintenance schedules; * Monitor maintenance performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability, and reliability); * Support inventory control of spare parts, materials, and maintenance history; * Serve as liaison between maintenance and production teams to align shutdowns and priorities; * Prepare reports and analyses for continuous improvement of the department. **Requirements:** * Experience with **PCM / Maintenance Planning and Control**; * Experience in an industrial environment; * Knowledge of maintenance indicators and service scheduling; * Proficiency in **Excel** and maintenance/ERP systems; * Analytical, organized profile with a process-oriented mindset. **Work Location:** * **Cambé/PR** Compensation: R$1\.695,85 \- R$6\.821,76 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Transportation allowance Work Mode: On-site
