Will act in **advanced support (level 3\)**, administration of servers, networks, and systems, as well as participate in the **implementation of strategic projects** aimed at continuous improvement of the IT environment. The professional must ensure **high availability, performance, and security** of technological resources, directly contributing to the efficiency and innovation of corporate processes. * Support for **N3** tickets related to systems and performance; * Administration and configuration of **physical and virtual servers** (VMware, Hyper\-V or similar); * Maintenance and monitoring of **Windows and Linux operating systems**; * Administration of **directory services** (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy); * Configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of **network devices** (switches, routers, and firewalls); * Implementation of **network security policies** (VPNs, VLANs, and access control); * Monitoring of **network performance and availability**, ensuring incident resolution; * Application of **security policies**, patch updates, and vulnerability management; * Implementation and management of **backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions**; * Monitoring and response to **security incidents**; * Advanced technical support in critical incidents, acting as the **escalation level** for junior teams; * Diagnosis and resolution of **complex infrastructure issues**; * Participation in **infrastructure projects** (system migrations, new technologies, environment expansion); * Documentation of processes, configurations, and projects for **knowledge sharing** with the team; * Occasional travel to **local branches** for network and equipment maintenance; * Administration of **monitoring platforms** (Zabbix, Nagios, SolarWinds) and **process automation** (Ansible, PowerShell); * Management of **storage systems (SAN, NAS)** and **cloud solutions** (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
