Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and committed CNC Operator to join our production team, operating CNC machines and ensuring the manufacture of high-quality, safe parts. Key Highlights: 1. Operate CNC machines according to production orders and technical specifications 2. Perform basic tooling and fixture setup and adjustments 3. Interpret mechanical engineering drawings and monitor part quality We are looking for a CNC Operator to join our production team. We seek a professional who is committed, detail-oriented, and experienced in operating CNC machines, contributing to the manufacture of parts with quality, productivity, and safety. **Key Responsibilities** * Operate CNC machines according to production orders and technical specifications; * Perform setup, preparation, and basic adjustments of tools and fixtures; * Conduct dimensional measurements using instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges; * Interpret mechanical engineering drawings and follow established machining parameters; * Monitor the quality of produced parts by performing in-process inspections; * Identify and report process deviations, contributing to continuous improvement; * Maintain machine and tool condition and ensure workplace organization; * Strictly comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Proven experience as a CNC Operator; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting mechanical engineering drawings; * Knowledge of metrology; * Experience with measuring instruments; * **Willingness to work rotating shifts, if required.** **Preferred Qualifications** * Training in CNC Operation and Programming; * Familiarity with Siemens, Fanuc, or Mitsubishi controls; * Experience in metallurgical or steel industry companies; * Training in Mechanical Drawing Interpretation and Metrology. **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and discipline; * Attention to detail; * Commitment to quality and safety; * Proactivity; * Ability to work well in a team; * Responsibility and results orientation.
