Strategic vision to align creativity with marketing objectives **Job Description:** We are looking for an Advertising Copywriter to join our team and create content that connects brands with the right audience—clearly, purposefully, and with a results-driven focus. **Key Responsibilities:** * Creation of texts for online and offline advertising campaigns * Development of copy for advertisements, social media, landing pages, and corporate materials * Active participation in the development of creative concepts alongside design, media, and strategy teams * Interpretation of briefs and translation of business objectives into clear, persuasive messages * Revision and adaptation of texts for different channels and formats * Ensuring consistency in language, tone of voice, and brand positioning * Monitoring trends in copywriting, branding, and digital marketing **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Proven experience as an advertising copywriter or copywriter * Excellent command of the Portuguese language (written and comprehension) * Portfolio featuring creative, strategic, and results-oriented writing * Ability to manage multiple projects and dynamic deadlines * Strategic vision to align creativity with marketing objectives * Organization, proactivity, and strong communication skills for collaborative work * Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence is considered a plus, especially experience using AI tools to support and optimize creative processes. **If you believe great ideas begin with great copy, this opportunity may be for you.** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.000,00 \- R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
