**Responsibilities and Duties** **As an Intern at ADAMA, you will:**
* Monitor processes and production of agricultural pesticides;
* Manage performance indicators, participate in implementing operational improvements and projects;
* Support testing and launch of new products;
* Participate in implementing the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodology in the industrial area.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **To be a suitable candidate for this internship, you must have:**
* Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Engineering, with expected graduation after February 2027;
* Availability to perform on-site activities at ADAMA from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
**You will stand out if you have:**
* Prior experience in manufacturing industry;
* Knowledge of performance indicator management (OEE — Overall Equipment Effectiveness);
* Familiarity with the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodology;
* Availability for a two-year internship.
