Process automation and routine optimization **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 08:30 \- 17:30 **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Main Responsibilities * Development and enhancement of managerial/strategic dashboards and reports in Power BI and IBM Cognos, focusing on KPI and performance indicator tracking. * Data processing, transformation, and consolidation (Power Query, Excel, and multiple data sources), ensuring data quality, consistency, and integrity. * Performance, trend, and results analysis (including credit, fundraising, products, and delinquency), supporting decision-making and identification of improvements. * Process automation, routine optimization, and development of advanced managerial controls. * Alignment with business areas, documentation of rules/processes, and support for best practices in data governance, security, and confidentiality. **Requirements:** **Requirements** * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor's degree in Exact Sciences or related fields * Prior experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and development of managerial reports and information * Advanced Excel proficiency * Experience with Power BI (modeling, DAX, visualizations, and publishing) and Power Query * Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience/Knowledge of IBM Cognos, Power Apps, and Power Automate * Experience in financial institutions or knowledge of financial and commercial indicators * Basic understanding of data governance and data quality * Experience in process automation and continuous improvement **Benefits:** Annual Bonus, Childcare/Babysitter Allowance, Bonus, Day\-Off, Workplace Gymnastics, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Salary, Life Insurance, Sicoob University, Meal Voucher, Food Voucher, Transportation Voucher, Wellhub, Zenklub
