Job Summary: A Physical Education professional with an active CREF license to lead a team, manage gym operations, and drive results, with emphasis on communication and support. Key Highlights: 1. Multichannel communication and partnership development Mandatory Requirements: Active CREF license Degree in Physical Education Excellent communication skills across channels: in-person, social media, and WhatsApp Team performance monitoring and delivery of results Control of departmental routines and sales performance Availability to work different shifts to support all shifts Management reports including sales results, cancellations, and team feedback Compliance with franchise standards and oversight of training implementation Cash-in management and gym maintenance (equipment and all aspects ensuring smooth gym operations) Partnership development and occasional events Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$3.500,00 - R$4.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
