Managing complaints and developing action plans **Job Title:** QUALITY TECHNICIAN I At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. **:****RESPONSIBILITIES:** Knowledge of IATF 16949 and VDA standards in the context of supplier support; Monitor suppliers and their performance indicators, certifications, and documentation; Communicate assertively, providing sound justification for arguments in support of Quality across all aspects; Deliver presentations regarding incidents to suppliers; Support suppliers in communication, service delivery or negotiation of deadlines, explanation of action plans, technical testing, and other related activities, always respecting ethical and moral values between companies; Provide technical support to suppliers regarding TE products; Log complaints in the TECHS system and track them to closure; Act as liaison among departments involved in customer complaints; Report complaints and disseminate them to relevant departments; Report complaints—whether valid or not—to immediate supervisor; Critically review corrective actions proposed by responsible departments; • Provide customer support via electronic means, telephone, and on-site visits; Define immediate actions to be taken following notification of a complaint from customers—whether originating within TE or at supplier facilities; Return non-conforming parts and implement replacement corrections, coordinating with relevant departments in compliance with governing regulations; Technically assess whether reported non-conformities are valid and provide technical evidence of invalidity where applicable; Identify selection service providers to support immediate action aimed at preventing failures originating at TE from causing increased disruption to customers; Develop work instructions for third-party selection service providers; Technically assess non-conformities and propose corrective actions if required. Develop action plans including root cause analysis and action steps; Prepare technical reports for issues involving warranty parts; Maintain procedures governing customer complaint handling for valid complaints, invalid complaints, warranty parts, or technical inquiries related to TE products and processes; Strictly follow procedures governed by TE standards TEC1002 and TEC1042; Keep personal and TE registration information updated with customers to avoid impediments to full activity execution; Carry required documentation such as ASO (Occupational Health Certificate), Employment Contract, Life Insurance, and other documents commonly requested by automotive customers. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed technical education; Experience in Quality or related fields; Intermediate English (in progress); Availability to work onsite in Bragança Paulista and undertake occasional travel; Preferred Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. **Job Locations:** **Posting City:** BRAGANCA PAULISTA **Job Country:** Brazil **Travel Required:** 10% to 25% **Requisition ID:** 145881 **Workplace Type:** Onsite **External Careers Page:** Engineering & Technology
