Lead continuous improvement, automation, and process simplification initiatives, serving as the technical reference for the area. Act consultatively with partner areas, translating business needs into process solutions, and defining, monitoring, and analyzing performance indicators. Prepare executive materials for leadership forums, support demand prioritization through diagnostics and business cases, and contribute to team management and development. #### **Thus, this professional will have the following duties and responsibilities:** * Define, analyze, and lead end-to-end process improvement and standardization initiatives through AS IS / TO BE mapping, bottleneck diagnostics, and solution proposals, aiming to increase operational efficiency, quality, and adherence to organizational standards; * Define, monitor, and analyze process performance indicators (KPIs and SLAs) through the development of analyses and management reports, aiming to support decision-making and guide improvement actions; * Act consultatively with partner areas, understanding needs and prioritizing process-related demands, aiming to ensure strategic alignment and business value delivery; * Prepare analyses, diagnostics, and executive presentations on process performance and evolution, consolidating relevant information for leadership forums, aiming to support strategic decisions; * Support process area management, contributing to backlog organization, initiative prioritization, and dissemination of best practices, aiming to strengthen the area’s strategic role. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Exact Sciences or related fields (Engineering, Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, or related areas). * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Process Management, Project Management, Quality, Business, or Strategy will be considered a plus. * Green or Black Belt certifications (Six Sigma). * Solid experience in process management and improvement, preferably within a financial/banking environment. * Proficiency in methodologies such as BPM, Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA (certifications are a plus). * Experience in process mapping (e.g., Bizagi, Signavio, Visio, or similar tools). * Experience with indicators and data analysis (Advanced Excel, Power BI; SQL knowledge is a plus). * Ability to structure diagnostics, executive presentations, and recommendations for diverse audiences. * Strong communication skills, systemic vision, and influencing capability. **Additional Information** * Market-competitive remuneration * Meal Allowance and Food Allowance * Profit Sharing (PLR) * Health Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Gympass * Dental Insurance * Daycare/Babysitter/Child with Disability Assistance * Extended maternity and paternity leave * Annual flu vaccination * Medical support for employees in vulnerable situations * Birthday leave * Payroll-deductible loans with reduced interest rates * Educational partnerships.
