Opportunity to make an IMPACT with your career Job Description: We are looking for an Industrial Process Specialist Engineer responsible for: * Ensuring management of industrial projects (e.g., site localization, transfer, capacity expansion, etc.) and supply chain transformation within an entity. * Leading industrial transfer or transformation projects at the plant. This person must be an expert across multiple knowledge areas related to production/manufacturing processes within an entity (e.g., process design, ergonomics, capacity planning, simulation tools, investment analysis, cost analysis, performance evaluation, etc). (External) Brazilian Portuguese Qualifications: **Requirements:** * Academic background: **Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering**, or related fields * Experience in **industrial processes**, construction of new factories, production line management, etc. * Experience in **Project Management** * **Advanced English (mandatory)** * Basic AutoCAD knowledge * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Advanced knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing (External) Brazilian Portuguese Company Boiler Plate: **Looking to make an IMPACT with your career?** When considering joining a new team, culture matters.
