Register now and join our team! **This and all other listed positions are open to Persons with Disabilities (PcD)** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supports corporate project management, assisting in the organization and tracking of activities defined by the project. * Assists in collecting and consolidating initial information, such as serviced cities, involved departments, required equipment, and operational deadlines. * Maintains communication with involved departments (configuration, corporate relationship, and operations), tracking ticket statuses and relaying information. * Assists in monitoring schedules, deadlines, and operational pending items, performing guided follow-ups. * Collaborates on preparing simple status reports and updating information for ongoing projects. * Requires basic knowledge of project processes, organizational skills, strong communication ability, operational tracking capability, and ease in interacting with multiple departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Skills**: Drafting initial project scopes. Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of telecommunications equipment and networks. Knowledge of operational planning and activity scheduling. **Education**: Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Computer Science, or related fields. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:12 to 18:00.
