Job Summary: A professional responsible for welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, and converting leads into clients, contributing to the clinic's growth and patient satisfaction. Receiving and welcoming patients professionally and courteously, scheduling and following up on appointments, and executing strategic actions to convert leads into clients—thereby contributing to the clinic's growth and patient satisfaction. Ensuring execution in accordance with company-established standards. \* * Greeting patients at the clinic, both in person and by phone, providing prompt and efficient service; \* * Clarifying questions regarding services, pricing, and appointment hours, ensuring a positive experience; \* * Proactively and responsively contacting leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals; \* * Maintaining updated patient records and tracking the lead conversion funnel—from initial contact through appointment scheduling—and ensuring patient retention; \* * Ensuring achievement of established targets; \* * Monitoring and recording reasons for non-conversion, where applicable, to inform strategic adjustments; \* * Managing the appointment and follow-up schedule, optimizing time slots to avoid conflicts and reduce cancellations; \* * Confirming appointments in advance and monitoring no-shows, rescheduling as necessary; \* * Recording and updating patient data in the clinic's system; \* * Generating reports related to patient visits, lead conversions, and patient satisfaction; \* * Assisting with organizing documents and files related to patient care; \* * Supporting clinic promotional campaigns by contacting leads acquired via social media, advertisements, or events; \* * Reinforcing the clinic's service differentiators during interactions.
