We are seeking a committed professional with experience in welding processes, attention to detail, and a strong focus on quality and safety, to work on the manufacturing and assembly of metal components used in building elevators. Responsibilities: * Perform welding of parts, assemblies, and metal structures according to technical specifications; * Prepare materials, surfaces, and equipment for the welding process; * Carry out welding using processes such as MIG, MAG, TIG, or shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), as required; * Interpret technical drawings and work instructions; * Inspect the quality of completed welds, ensuring proper finish and adequate strength; * Strictly comply with safety regulations and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements; * Maintain a clean, organized workplace in accordance with company standards; * Support other production department activities when necessary. Requirements: * Completed elementary education (high school diploma preferred); * Proven experience as a welder; * Knowledge of industrial welding processes; * Basic ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Attention to detail, responsibility, and commitment to quality and safety. Preferred Qualifications: * Course or certification in welding; * Experience in an industrial or metallurgical environment; * Experience in the elevator, metal structures, or industrial equipment sectors.
