




Job Summary: Responsible for supervising and managing FLV department routines, aiming to maximize operational efficiency, product quality, and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for supervising, organizing, controlling, and monitoring FLV department routines; guiding and clarifying team members' questions; preparing and managing work schedules, overtime, and time off; defining timelines and standardizing procedures—aiming to maximize operational efficiency, product and service quality, while complying with rules, best practices manuals, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and established goals; as well as providing customer service and sales support. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure a positive customer shopping experience by addressing their needs, surprising and guiding them regarding the variety of products offered, and making sales suggestions; Ensure, promote, and enhance sales targets through strategic planning of product mix, defining timelines and display of the most attractive and distinctive products, while maintaining cordial customer relationships; Ensure FLV loss and spoilage reduction by guiding, monitoring, and controlling the team and daily activities, suggesting and implementing reuse opportunities where possible, and defining and standardizing operational procedures; Ensure procurement order management for the department, analyzing and administering inventory levels along with sales history, seasonality, and specific promotions; performing timely planning to guarantee supply and replenishment without stockouts, losses, or disruptions; Ensure the product counter is always fully stocked, correctly priced, organized, and clean, by guiding, controlling, and monitoring daily routines; Ensure proper receipt of goods, as well as organization, guidance, and/or storage in refrigerated chambers, following hygiene, safety, and pre\-established standards; Keep the team informed and updated about new products; Guarantee people management regarding time-off schedules, hour banks, vacations, and other workload-related demands, through monitoring managerial reports provided by the HR Department and by guiding team members; Promote professional development and team motivation through continuous feedback and guidance, performance monitoring, and skill enhancement via technical and behavioral training; Participate in periodic departmental inventories and ensure data accuracy; Maintain department organization and cleanliness—including equipment and utensils—through daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment calibration and maintenance when necessary; Requirements Maintain team unity and engagement despite daily differences and challenges Maintain an attractive, eye-catching counter with optimal product exposure Manage, prevent, and control losses and stockouts by understanding store context, timing, seasonality, and location. **Additional Information:** Experience (in the field) **Preferred Academic Qualification:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Completed high school education **Specific Knowledge:** Counter assembly, food handling, sales analysis, margin analysis, loss analysis, and production control **Computer Skills:** Microsoft Office – intermediate level **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Program Shopping Benefits at Group Stores Life Insurance * Position available for Persons with Disabilities (PCD)
