**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Assist in mapping and documenting processes (flowcharts, SOPs, and manuals);
* Collect and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities;
* Support implementation of improvements and monitor performance indicators (KPIs);
* Participate in meetings with involved departments to gather requirements and understand workflows;
* Identify bottlenecks, rework, and propose solutions under supervision;
* Update controls, reports, and monitoring dashboards;
* Support continuous improvement projects (e.g., Lean, Kaizen, PDCA);
* Ensure processes comply with internal standards and company policies.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Textile Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields;
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential, along with expertise in quality tools, time-motion analysis, process mapping, and continuous improvement practices;
* Prior experience in industrial processes is desirable;
